Role Overview:

To support this goal, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage and oversee our participation in offline trade shows and industry events. This role will be crucial in helping us connect with potential B2B clients and showcase the value of our solutions in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Show Management: Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of HotelFriend's participation in offline trade shows and industry events.
2. Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize engagement with potential clients at events.
3. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, including booth designers, catering services, and promotional material providers, to ensure smooth event execution.
4. Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for trade show participation, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing impact.
5. On-Site Supervision: Attend events to manage logistics, ensure that HotelFriend’s booth runs smoothly, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
6. Lead Follow-Up: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated from events.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in organizing trade shows or large-scale events.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
4. Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
5. Proficiency in event management software.
