Responsibilities

• We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months).
• You will support the in‑house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate law.
• You will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibility.
• You participate in negotiations with clients and business partners.

Qualifications

• Your main field of study or interest in the area of commercial law.
• Completed first German state examination, at least with the grade "satisfactory" (befriedigend).
• Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad).
• Cooperation on (usually) 4 days a week.
• Good understanding of economic and legal contexts.
• Confident handling of MS‑Office.
• Sociability, commitment and independence.
