You’ll gain a broad range of insights into our organization and the chance to step out of your comfort zone to unlock your full potential.Take off and steer your own career! You will have five project assignments: the first one in Finance & Data Science. After that, you can choose your assignments individually – across the entire Group.* **Step out of your comfort zone!** After your first rotation, you decide which topics you want to dive deeper into. During the program, we want you to explore new areas within Deutsche Telekom. We’ll support you with a wide-reaching network.* **Expand your network and experience the trainee community!** Fridays are reserved for “Magenta Friday.” All trainees come together to work on strategic and innovative growth topics beyond their own projects. Trainees collaborate in different teams to organize events, support professional development, or contribute to social initiatives.* **Go international!*** **Understand our business!** Take the opportunity to get to know Telekom’s operational business. During our “Service Days,” you gain direct insights into how Deutsche Telekom interacts with customers. Choose your Service Days—for example, a day in customer service, a visit to a T-Shop, or a stop at one of our service centers. You’ll see firsthand how we turn customers into fans every day.* **Choose your start date!** The program can be started every quarter. Simply coordinate with your contact person to find the date that suits you best.## **Your Profile**You have successfully completed a master's degree in IT or engineering with a focus on finance topics, or a degree in economics or business administration with a focus on data science and analytics. Your personality captivates with enthusiasm for a finance mindset and analytical way of thinking, innovation, curiosity and the courage to question the status quo. Also, it is easy for you to capture business needs and familiarize yourself with new topics and methodologies.You also fulfill the following requirements:* Passion for Finance: Genuine interest in finance topics as well as digital transformation in the finance area. You have a profound understanding of basic financial processes and Controlling procedures of an international company.* Data Science and Machine Learning: Theoretical and practical experience with times series forecasting and/or Natural Language Processing in Python. Good statistical understanding and knowledge of some state-of-the-art Machine Learning Algorithms.* Work Experience: You have accumulated at least six months of relevant internships - preferably in Agile Working environments.* Intercultural Competence: Our Start up! community thrives on its international diversity. Therefore, strong intercultural skills should be part of your DNA. International experience – whether through studying abroad, work & travel, etc. – is therefore a must.* Social Engagement: As a Start up! trainee, you are passionate about driving change!
