Als Sales Trainee spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unsere Vertriebsaktivitäten weiterzuentwickeln und neue Wachstumsfelder zu identifizieren. Im Laufe von zwei Jahren wirst du durch zentrale Salesfunktionen rotieren und dabei ein umfassendes Verständnis entwickeln.

Trainee (m/f/d) Sales Development

What you bring to the table as a Trainee (m/f/d) Sales Development:

  • A completed master's degree in economics, business psychology, business informatics or a comparable field.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships or working student activities in the field of sales.
  • You are interested in modern sales approaches, market analyses, go-to-market concepts and data-driven work.
  • You have strong analytical skills, enjoy interpreting data and derive pragmatic recommendations for further sales development.
  • You are a real team player, strong communicators and enjoy working together at interfaces with different departments.
  • You have a high affinity for digital tools and CRM systems
  • For this program, you will have excellent German language skills at CEFR C1 level or higher and will have the opportunity to demonstrate your language skills during the selection process

Dein Aufgabenbereich als Trainee (m/w/d) Sales Development:

  • You will analyze relevant sales KPIs and derive recommendations for action for the further development of our sales as well as for increasing efficiency and sales.
  • You will identify new customer segments and segment opportunities and support the conception of go-to-market strategies and the development of suitable sales approaches.
  • You will understand our existing sales processes, identify pain points, develop structured optimization measures and accompany their implementation.
  • You will develop and implement new sales enablement approaches such as new sales initiatives, concepts, guidelines and supporting tools.
  • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to gain a holistic understanding of the customer journey.
  • You will closely accompany active sales and get to know the core business in the key account as well as our national sales structure.
  • In addition, you will temporarily support our business development team in the co-development of Carglass Germany's service strategy.
