Are you ready to revolutionize Brand Communication in the digital age? Join our Trainee Program in Erlangen and Munich, dive deep into the world of Digital Transformation at Siemens, and shape the future with your creativity and innovative ideas

You'll make an impact by

• You will begin your trainee program by immersing yourself in the Brand Communications team, focusing on Digital Transformation, where you'll gain hands-on experience across various communication disciplines including digital experience and brand management
• Subsequently, you will engage in content strategy and social media management projects, applying your knowledge of digital tools and analytics to enhance our digital presence and user engagement
• Throughout the program, you'll take on the responsibility of managing independent sub-projects for Siemens Xcelerator, which involves topic finding, research, and strategic conceptual work
• Additionally, you will help develop new formats and manage events, bringing your own creative ideas to enhance our brand communication efforts
• To ensure a comprehensive understanding of our 360-degree communication strategy, you will rotate through different departments within the corporate function and business units, completing your training with specialist seminars on various communication topics

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You have a university degree, preferably with a focus on communication, media studies or business administration with a focus on marketing
• Experience and Skills:
• You have initial experience through relevant internships
• Proficient in using MS Office and social media applications
• Experience in content production and editorial work, and familiarity with content management tools
• Ways of Working: You bring a proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Languages: Very good knowledge of English, intercultural skills enhanced by a stay abroad
