Trainee Program - Power Electronics

The Trainee Program

This immersive program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a successful Power Electronics Engineer. You'll embark on a rotational journey, gaining hands-on experience in various departments, for example Systems, Hardware or Software Engineering. You'll be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle, working on exciting projects for leading European TIER1 and OEM automotive companies across Europe.

Qualification & Requirements

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).

Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in power electronics.

Work experience in power electronics and electric motor control is a plus.

Proven record in model-based programming, C/C++, UDS, INCA, Matlab/Simulink.

Enthusiastic, strong sense of teamwork, excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English and Chinese. German is a plus.
