The opportunity

Our Trainee Program for Germany is designed for 18 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within the Hitachi Energy community. It will take you through three to four work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within the Quality organisation of Hitachi Energy.
During this journey you will learn more about our Passion for Quality and Operation and how it is lived in our Insulation factory in Roigheim. You will connect with different stakeholders and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our teams.
Your Responsibilities
Support quality management initiatives by monitoring compliance, analyzing deviations, and contributing to continuous improvement effortsAssist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product consistencyCollaborate with engineering and production teams to implement technical solutions and drive process innovationParticipate in audits, documentation reviews, and corrective action planning to uphold high standards in production and quality assuranceShadow and collaborate with professionals across departments to gain deep organizational insightApply strong technical, conceptual, and analytical skills to support innovation and process improvement
Your background
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Engineering ManagementKnowledge of Quality Management systems and tools is beneficialProficient in written and spoken German and English, additional languages are considered as an advantageCustomer-oriented mindset is the keyStrong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedbackInternational mobility required for your assignments
