As a Trainee in 'MB.OS Solution Portfolio Management', you will support the coordination and steering of the MB.OS Gen2 portfolio – the digital heart of our next‑generation vehicles. Working closely with Value Streams and Solutions, you will help structure product requirements, create transparency through agile portfolio backlogs, and contribute to the prioritization and alignment of strategic goals. You will gain insights into agile ceremonies such as Portfolio Planning Conferences and Syncs, learn how to translate strategy into execution, and take part in shaping one of Mercedes-Benz’s most transformative software programs.

Qualifications

• An above-average master’s degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical or business‑technical field of study
• Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
• At least 3 months of international experience (study, internship, or work abroad)
• Strong interest in digital transformation, agile methods (e.g., SAFe), and portfolio management
• Affinity for software, data‑driven decision‑making, and innovative mobility solutions
• We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility
• Excellent English skills (C1), proficiency in German (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as analytical and structured working methods
• Motivation to drive change and take responsibility in a dynamic, international environment
