Due to recent growth, we are currently recruiting sales people to join an International Wealth Management firm in Frankfurt. We offer a bespoke service to high-net-worth individuals and institutions looking for an alternative method of investing. The role of the Trainee Wealth Manager

• Identifying customers needs and sales opportunities
• To call high net worth clients from a pre-qualified database and gain an understanding of their current investments and investment goals and present our recommendation to them.
• Approach new clients with recommendations; provide a comprehensive summary of the market and then close
• Arrange meetings for high net worth clients to meet with the Private Client Directors

The ideal Trainee Wealth Manager

• Educated to a degree level
• A minimum of 6 months experience within an outbound calling sales role preferred
• An excellent phone manner and strong communication skills are essential
• A very self motivated, positive and extremely target driven character
• A confident, professional and engaging personality
• A strong desire to succeed in sales, in order to achieve excellent earnings and career progression
• A willingness and ability to listen and learn quickly
