As a Trainer (f/m/d) at Center Parcs you are part of an international team that brings learning to life. You deliver engaging and practical training sessions — in person, in virtual classrooms, and through hybrid formats — helping our teams develop the skills and confidence they need to create exceptional guest experiences.

Your Daily Impact

• You plan, design, and deliver training programs – from onboarding to leadership, service, and communication skills
• You deliver learning in a variety of formats: face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid
• You adapt training content to different audiences and ensure a hands-on, experience-based learning approach
• You collaborate with managers and colleagues to identify learning needs and tailor solutions that support individual and team growth

• You contribute to the implementation of the European Learning & Development strategy and share ideas to continuously improve our learning culture

• You have experience delivering training, workshops, or coaching sessions – ideally within hospitality, leisure, or service industries

• You're an engaging communicator who inspires confidence and connection, both in person and online
• You're organized, proactive, and passionate about helping people grow and learn in a supportive, nature-connected environment
• You have a driving license and enjoy travelling between our park locations (preferably north to central Germany) and our head office in Cologne
