Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

Acquiring comprehensive knowledge in the commercial field with insights into all business processes and interrelationships
Independent participation in cross-departmental projects
Individual, free choice of practical training departments such as marketing, human resources, or project management, as well as other exciting areas of the company for the targeted development of your own interests and strengths
Application and development of communication and organizational skills in contact with internal and external business partners
Participation in company-wide commercial processes to support efficient workflows and economic decision-making

You can expect fair compensation from us:

1st year of training: 1.337,00 Euro
2nd year of training: 1.398,00 Euro
