Training & Clinical Specialist (m/f/d) wanted for Bentley

Your mission

Sharing knowledge and educating with passion to advancing expertise on Endovascular Interventions focusing on the Peripheral Arterial and Venous field
Training Excellence: Creating a top-notch training program for new and existing Sales Team
Continuously improve internal training program by proactively converting company strategy into training initiatives
Executing Training Programs in collaboration with Product Management
Increase procedural and product awareness globally through educational activities and field (case) support
Co-travel with direct and indirect sales teams to improve clinical and product knowledge
To apply the knowledge of vascular diseases and endovascular devices to the overall goal of improving the clinical outcome of patient care

Your profile

At least 5 years of clinical field experience within Endovascular Intervention (arterial/venous)
Self-management and organizational skills for planning educational activities
You have a high self-motivation, and you are a team player
You possess excellent communication skills and business acumen
Additionally, if you have Sales Training experience it would be a plus
English fluent, German or French languages desirable, any other languages an advantage
You live close to a well-connected international airport in Germany (preferred), France, or the BeNeLux.
