Part‑time – approximately 27 hours per week – starting as soon as possible at our headquarters in Hannover, Germany.

Review potential matches from national and international sanctions lists.
Investigate ownership and control structures and identify beneficial owners as part of KYC processes.
Maintain and update business partner data in our internal Business Partner system.
Develop, deliver and coordinate training sessions on sanctions screening.
Design and improve existing training materials, including e‑learning modules, tutorials, tests and workshop content.
Conduct training sessions on financial sanctions for internal audiences – virtually and in hybrid formats via MS Teams.

A completed degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
Expertise in didactics and adult learning.
Practical experience in creating seminar concepts and training materials.
Confidence in using learning software such as tts Producer or Synthesia.
Initial professional experience in sanctions compliance, financial sanctions, trade restrictions or regulatory audits (e.g., compliance department, anti‑money laundering, business partner screening or risk management).
Solid understanding of economic and legal contexts.
Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills.
Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information, responsible decision making, and ability to thrive in international, cross‑team collaboration.
