Tasks & Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for Relationship Managers and Offering teams linked to operational processes.
• Ownership of all transaction‑processing queries, liaising with respective teams to ensure excellent quality of execution.
• Management and proactive communication of operational issues to minimise client impact and increase client satisfaction.
• Strong communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Definition and optimisation of operational processes applicable in Germany by coordinating stakeholders in branch functions (Finance, Legal, Compliance…) and the WM Europe Operations Hub (Portugal, Switzerland).
• Adjustment of operational procedures when applicable.
• Continuous search for process‑improvement opportunities.
• Maintenance of good relationships with the WM Europe Hub for operational & IT functions.
• Close interaction with project and Ops/IT teams to design the best possible operating framework.
• Assistance to the different project streams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Tax…) to ensure coherent and efficient processing setup, leveraging the WM hub and German branch capabilities.

Expertise & Soft Skills

• Degree from a Business or Finance institution.
• Professional experience within the banking/financial sector, preferably in operations (Back Office/Middle Office) or client‑service teams.
• Proven track record of strong service‑delivery skills to internal and external partners.
• Preferential knowledge of all types of transactions: cash, securities, forex and derivatives products.
• Team‑oriented working style.
• Reliability, proactivity and accuracy.
• Full professional fluency in German and English.
