• Support end-to-end deal execution — from target identification and valuation to due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.
• Develop financial models, valuations (DCF, comps, precedents), and strategic fit analyses for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
• Maintain a structured deal pipeline, tracking potential opportunities and market intelligence across regions and technology domains.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and financial objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into strategic insights.
