Your profile

University degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Mathematics/Physics.
3+ years experience in transmission/reducer.
Experience in Clutch and Gear shift design.
Experience in reducer component (gear/shaft/bearings) development with suppliers.
Experience in reducer housing and cover with aluminium die-casting process.
Experience in reducer NVH analysis is a plus.
Strong self-management skills and high flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Team player and excellent analytical skills.
Very Good Communication Skills in English.

Your tasks

As a Transmission / Reducer Development Engineer, you will be in charge of:

Developing gear and shaft manufacturing process.
Developing reducer or transmission housing and cover.
Designing gear micro geometry (gear tooth shape).
Creating 2D drawings, and 3D models of gear components to develop with suppliers.
Procuring reducer components (gear, shaft, bearings) from Europe-based suppliers.
Designing actuator and shift mechanism.
Collaborating with the engineering company.
Researching Reducer market trends in Europe.
