The global anti‑corruption organisation Transparency International is recruiting a Communications and Media Specialist (m/f/d) to join its International Secretariat in Berlin, Germany.
The full‑time hybrid role forms part of the organisation’s Communications Team and supports its global mission of building a world free from corruption.
With more than 100 chapters worldwide and headquarters in Berlin, Transparency International leads international efforts to promote accountability, integrity and transparency in government, business and civil society.
The Communications and Media Specialist will play a central role in advancing Transparency International’s brand, influencing, and engagement objectives. The position combines press office responsibilities with the development and execution of integrated communications and media strategies to support high‑priority campaigns.
The successful candidate will contribute to efforts aimed at influencing decision‑makers and mobilising public support around key global issues, including political integrity, climate governance, human rights and economic transparency.
This position reports to the Head of Communications and is offered at Band PF2 within the organisation’s salary structure.
Knowledge of political, economic, climate or human rights issues is considered an advantage.
