To support our administrative processes, we are looking for a committed, structured and communicative personality as Travel-, Event- and Officemanager (m/f/d) who enjoys working with various departments and actively helping to shape operational processes.

Location and working hours

25-40 hours per week

Berlin office

Your Role

Travel Management

  • Organizing and booking business trips (flights, trains, hotels, rental cars)
  • Acting as the main contact person for employees regarding business travel
  • Ensuring compliance with travel policies and budgets
  • Handling and tracking travel expense reports
  • Optimizing and further developing travel processes

Event Management

  • Planning, organizing and executing internal and external events (e.g. meetings, workshops, company events, trade fairs)
  • Budget planning and cost control
  • Coordinating venues, catering, technical equipment and service providers
  • Pre- and post-event coordination and follow-up

Office Management

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinating external service providers and suppliers
  • Managing office equipment and consumables
  • Supporting administrative and organizational tasks
  • Serving as the central point of contact for employees at the Berlin office

Your Strengths

  • Experience in travel, office or event management is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • High level of service orientation and discretion
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
