This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities of the Treasury function and Payment Service Providers (PSP). The position is key to ensuring smooth financial operations, timely execution of payments, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Manage treasury crypto assets on a daily basis, ensuring their security and liquidity
• Position monitoring. Ongoing process to check possible deviation in accounting
• Ongoing monitoring of digital asset balances
• Involvement in preparing weekly, monthly treasury reports
• Support in the development and streamline of workflows
• Daily payments flow control (withdrawals/ deposits in Fiat in SEPA/SWIFT/Fedwire/ACH)
• Settlements with Customers in Fiat on daily basis
• Preparing Statements for the Customers on monthly basis
• Participate in the month-end financial closure process
• Work with Jira, Confluence, Excel, 1C, and various banking back-office systems.
• Cross-department collaboration

• Willingness and ability to operate within the U.S. time zone schedule
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance
• Understanding the basics of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey findings, insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Highly organised and responsible person able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong understanding of SEPA and SWIFT payment systems
• Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Russian (written and spoken)
• Crypto trading experience
