Your Role

• Provide professional support to Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

What You Bring

• Turkish language skills at C2 level
• English language skills at B2 level or higher
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Adaptability and team spirit in a multicultural environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Must have one of the following:

• EU citizenship
• Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card
