The Deutsche Bundesbank is playing a decisive role in shaping the future of European payments. In our Directorate General Digital Euro, we deal with the development of central bank digital currency (CBDC) and are thereby helping to ensure that payments can be made safely and efficiently in the future. Distributed ledger technology (DLT) plays an important role in this.
In an environment that encourages innovation and experimentation and maintains flat hierarchies, you will make use of your software development expertise and play an instrumental role in the digital transformation of payments. This role gives you the freedom to develop new ideas and actively contribute to the payment systems of the future.
