As a UAV Demonstration Expert, you will be a key member of our Demo & Training Team and take responsibility for showcasing our cutting‑edge drone technology through live demonstrations at events, trade shows, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute live UAV product demonstrations at trade shows, customer events, and internal showcases.
• Operate Quantum Systems drones safely and professionally to highlight key features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create impactful demo experiences that engage customers.
• Ensure all demo equipment is ready, maintained, and configured for flawless performance.
• Support event logistics, including setup, teardown, and coordination with external partners.
• Provide technical explanations and answer customer questions during demos.
• Collect feedback from demonstrations to share insights with Product and R&D teams.
• Represent Quantum Systems as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have a military, law enforcement, or intelligence background – preferably with operational experience abroad.
• You are capable of independently planning, executing, and evaluating demo events for customers in German or English. An additional language is an advantage.
• You have experience operating fixed-wing UAS, preferably eVTOL systems and ideally have already presented UAVs at trade shows or customer events.
• Your open, communicative, very friendly and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert.
• You are highly self‑motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.
• Communication in German and English is a matter of course for you.
