How you will create an impact:

• As a UI/UX designer you accompany our products throughout the entire life cycle as well as work on custom software from the early concepting phase to the acceptance testing.
• Turn your theoretical knowledge into valuable insights by developing prototypes and concepts for sales, marketing, and pricing apps across digital platforms.
• You gather, challenge, and evaluate user needs and requirements together with Delivery - /Product Managers, to make sure we are focusing on the right target group, problem, and roadmap.
• Work closely with the Delivery - / Product Manager to identify and assess user needs and requirements.
• Leverage your advanced knowledge of design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies to design, evaluate, and refine concepts based on user input and testing validation.
• Tap your creative perspective to generate wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes with UI specifications based on user input.
• Showcase your communication skills when presenting your design concepts and articulating design decisions to clients in interviews and workshops.
• Via user interviews you will gather feedback from clients.
• Draw on your experience to provide guidance to clients and consultants on design topics.
• Exchange ideas within your team to define and shape the design system across different devices and platforms.

About you:

• You are interested in adding to your prior work experience (min. four years) in a client-facing UI/UX role at a software company or design agency.
• You are excited to present your strong portfolio of work that illustrates your experience in designing complex systems and solving UX problems across digital platforms.
• You have advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior and interactions, and other UI/UX design deliverables (e.g., storyboards, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering).
• You are passionate about applying your keen visual awareness and staying up to date with current design trends and best practices.
• You are focused on utilizing your sharp problem-solving mindset and creative skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Communicating concepts and ideas clearly and concisely with individuals from diverse backgrounds comes naturally and is part of your skillset.
• You are ready to showcase your extensive design software knowledge and design and deliver optimized workflows, interactive web designs, and all related deliverables. Our current tool of choice is Figma.
• You are proficient in English (proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a strong advantage).
