About Us
We are building a new kind of media & technology venture, combining boutique consultancy with a next-generation AI-driven media buying platform. Our mission: to reinvent how brands plan, buy, and scale media with a special focus on Connected TV, video, and digital branding.

We believe design is at the heart of how users experience technology. That’s why we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our founding team early and help shape the product experience from day one. While we are aware that UI & UX are different disciplines we are looking for someone who can thrive in both.

Your Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and scalable interface designs for our platform. Your main focus will be on UI design and visual systems, but you’ll also contribute to UX flows and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product ideas and requirements into high-quality user interfaces (web & platform)
• Develop and maintain a design system and component library to ensure brand and design consistency
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features
• Collaborate with product & engineering to ensure feasibility and smooth handoff
• Conduct lightweight user feedback sessions (with support from founders/PMs) to refine designs
• Bring fresh ideas for visual storytelling and user experience to a fast-moving startup

Your Profile

• Practical experience in design, HCI and media design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills (web/apps/platforms)
• Solid command of Figma (preferred) and other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator)
• Deep understanding of UX principles and ability to design clean, logical user flows
• Attention to detail, with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
