UI/UX Designer (Service Design) – Mobile App & Backoffice

Intro

We are looking for a hands‑on UI/UX Designer (mid–senior level) to take end‑to‑end ownership of the UI/UX redesign of our mobile app (iOS & Android) and the UX redesign of the backoffice .

You will be the main design owner for the app experience and a key contributor to the backoffice UX , working closely with the Head of Service Design and a dedicated developer to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into high‑quality, coherent product experiences.

This role sits within the Service Design team and combines strong execution , user‑centered thinking , and close collaboration across design, development, and stakeholders .

Your mission

  • Lead and execute the UI/UX redesign of the mobile app (iOS & Android)
  • Contribute to the UX redesign of the backoffice , ensuring usability, clarity, and efficiency
  • Ensure consistent, scalable, and user‑centric experiences across customer‑facing and internal tools
  • Anchor design decisions in user research, testing, and service design principles

What You'll Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Mid‑level to senior experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
  • Strong hands‑on experience designing mobile apps for iOS and Android
  • Experience contributing to or redesigning backoffice / internal tools
  • Proven ability to own and drive a product area independently
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, collaboration)
  • Experience with prototyping tools for validation and developer handoff
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI patterns
  • Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite , especially:
    • Photoshop
    • InDesign
  • Strong collaboration skills with developers and non‑design stakeholders

What You'll Do

UI/UX Design & Execution (App & Backoffice)

  • Own the end‑to‑end UI/UX design of the mobile app (iOS & Android)
  • Contribute to and support the UX redesign of the backoffice , focusing on workflows, usability, and efficiency
  • Translate user needs, insights, and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity designs
  • Create and maintain interactive prototypes to validate concepts and support development
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across all touchpoints

Design System

  • Contribute to and help maintain the design system , ensuring consistency across the app and backoffice
  • Define and document reusable components, patterns, and interaction guidelines
  • Work closely with development to ensure correct and efficient implementation of the design system

User Research

  • Plan and execute user research activities (e.g. interviews, usability tests, validation sessions)
  • Support and collaborate on research initiatives led by others (service design, product, or external partners)
  • Synthesize insights into clear findings and actionable design improvements

Testing & Validation

  • Define UX‑focused test plans in collaboration with development and QA
  • Support test execution by reviewing results, identifying issues, and iterating on designs
  • Ensure design quality through pre‑release checks and ongoing improvements

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with:
    • Head of Service Design (direction, priorities, quality)
    • Developer (handoff, feasibility, implementation, iteration)
  • Prepare and deliver occasional stakeholder presentations to explain design decisions and outcomes
  • Provide light mentoring and design guidance to create a design culture
