As a Sales Manager, you will drive growth and achieve key performance indicators within your assigned region. You will develop new business opportunities, secure orders, prepare contracts, negotiate pricing and forecasts, and act as the primary customer contact.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components. Your technical expertise will enable you to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and build trustful relationships across functions and cultures.
Your sales and negotiation skills will be critical in developing strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with high-value customers. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and execute regional strategy.
In addition to your technical and sales expertise, you will need a Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales.
