Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements

Language Skills: Multilingual (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory.
EU Citizenship or Working VISA .
Willingness to relocate .
