Key Responsibilities
Conducting user research and journey mapping
Prototyping in Figma/Adobe XD
Facilitation of Design Thinking workshops
Usability testing and iterative improvements

Experience Requirements
3-5 years experience in UX design / research
Experience in technical environment
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools

Required Competencies
Visual storytelling and information architecture
Empathy and user-centered thinking
