UX / UI Designer (m/d/w)

– Development of new features and extensive requirements in the product, for an optimal user experience – together with product managers, agile product teams and UX experts
– Intensive engagement with iterations and solutions in the development cycle – from creation to implementation
– Development of interactive prototypes (customer journeys, flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, sitemaps, etc.)
– Implementation of the uniform design language, including the further development and maintenance of style guides and libraries

Job Specification:

– Degree in interaction design, communication design, media/graphics or a similar discipline
– At least three years of experience in UI design as well as in UX conception of complex web platforms, ideally in the B2B area
– Confident in the use of common wireframing, design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Miro, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite)
– Strong understanding of how to work with UX/UI patterns and basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS is desirable
– Team spirit and experience with agile team structures and workflows
– Fluency in German and English
