UX & Webflow Designer (m/w/d) - Berlin/Hybrid

We are twigbit , a Berlin-based software agency building innovative digital solutions for startups, corporates, and public sector clients . Our expertise spans UX-driven software development, Webflow-based solutions, and sustainability-focused technology .

We are a young, diverse team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Sustainability is a key part of our DNA—besides working on numerous sustainability projects, we also founded our own climate-tech startup, 2zero , which will be part of your work scope.

We are looking for a UX & Webflow Designer who is passionate about digital experiences and can bridge design and implementation —crafting intuitive user interfaces in Figma and bringing them to life in Webflow .

Tasks

Create component-based UX designs in Figma , leveraging design systems, libraries, and prototyping tools.
Develop, structure, and optimize Webflow sites using Client First, Finsweet, and Relume .
Ensure responsive and high-performance web experiences with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with developers to maintain consistency between design and implementation.
Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to tweak and optimize Webflow sites.
Contribute to branding, visual identity, and scalable design solutions across multiple projects.
Work on sustainability-focused digital projects , including contributions to our own 2zero sustainability platform .

Requirements

Strong experience with Figma (component-based design, libraries, prototyping).
Solid Webflow expertise, including Client First, Finsweet, Relume , and structured Webflow development.
Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge (not mandatory but a plus).
A digital-first mindset —comfortable working with modern tools and workflows.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment .
Fluent in English & German
Located in Berlin or open to hybrid work.
