Key ResponsibilitiesPerform IC validation as part of a multicultural, multisite engineering teamEvaluate CMOS circuit performance across digital, analog, and radar/high-frequency domainsUse embedded software expertise to support product performance evaluationSupport customer design-in activities and assist with customer complaint resolutionContribute to the refinement, validation, and specification of next-generation radar IC designs Candidate ProfileBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related fieldStrong experience in embedded software programming (mandatory)Hands-on experience with laboratory setups to validate and characterize CMOS ICs in the MHz–GHz domain, using:Spectrum analyzersVNAsSignal sourcesFrequency multipliersOscilloscopesUnderstanding of high-frequency circuit elements (mixers, PLLs, ADCs, transmission lines, waveguides, antennas, etc.)Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skillsAbility to work effectively in an international team environmentSupportive team mindset with a proactive, initiative-driven approachStrong communication skills and fluency in English
