What you will doYou will accompany the customer value journey for our SaaS product IQA from beginning to end leveraging your tech savvy and business acumen. As a Value Engineer, you will be at the forefront of changing the manufacturing industry through next-level lean management practices while championing sustainability. As a crucial link between the Growth and Customer Success Teams you will: Accompany our clients for the entire customer value journey with IQA, from the first software demo through the pilot phase to roll-outIdentify the most pressing customer needs early in the process and communicate how IQA will help to solve theseAccompany the pilot phase as well as the IQA roll-out and build a strong and trusted relationship with the customerUse your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customerPromote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry eventsInfluence ONIQ’s product strategy incorporating client feedback and ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends What we expect from youStrong relationship-building skills, outgoing and communicative personalityEntrepreneurial mindset to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our digital solution IQAAbility to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutionsStrong customer and sales focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldSeveral years of experience working in production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or similarExcellent language skills (English and German C1)Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings or industry events (typically 2-4 meetings per month) What we offerWe work differently - we highly value transparency, integrity and authenticity.
