Value Stream Manager and Data Analyst (m/f/d) for Airbus

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations we are looking for a "Value Stream Manager and Data Analyst" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Managing and designing different Value Streams to re-architect and improve the overall Customer Services processes
• Delivering and improving the operational and financial performance
• Leading process improvement projects within Customer Services
• Manageing “AS IS” Value Stream Mapping (including E2E process mapping), “TO BE” Value Stream Design and support or lead dedicated transformation projects within Customer Services
• Monitoring and controling the E2E process performance e.g. identifying and analyzeing critical path, risks and contributors to non-performance, launch robust recovery action plans
• Leading, advise and deploy Value Stream E2E processes using lean methods and tools
• Delivering of reports on the Value Stream performance e.g. process improvement project’s to upper level(s)
• Building and managing a data foundation to analyze, understand and provide reports (e.g. Skywise and Celonis)
• Responsible for delivering data analytics for different Value Streams and Processes
• Drive change with regards to data analytics in Customer Services to become a data driven organization

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, international management or a comparable qualification
• Over 4 years of professional experience in process improvement
• Over 3 years of professional experience in the areas of project management and quality management
• Good knowledge of Change Management, Lean Management and KVP
• Basic knowledge of KAIZEN
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of German
• Ability and willingness to travel (approx. once a month within Europe)
