Job Description

Manage the definition of competitive vehicle attribute target values
Lead and manage the vehicle attribute development and integration process in Europe
Report the vehicle attribute integration and validation status in program milestones and leadership reviews
Organization, execution and lead of vehicle sign‑off and management rides during the whole development process
Conduct customer‑centric Total Vehicle Evaluation
Run detailed benchmark of competing models and brands in Europe
Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspective

Requirements

You have a Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
You have significant (>3 years) experience in the field of total vehicle evaluation
Professional vehicle evaluation skills with broad knowledge of vehicle performance and comfort
Deep understanding of the technical functioning of state‑of‑the‑art ADAS and Infotainment systems
You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license
You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment
You have a pro‑active and self‑motivated attitude
You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset
You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
You are fluent in English
