Your Role
As Vehicle Logistics Lead, you own our transport operations end-to-end. You ensure that every car is in the right place at the right time, delivering a seamless and memorable experience for our customers. Your impact is visible at the two most critical moments in the customer journey: delivery and pick-up. These are the only guaranteed physical touchpoints - and you make them count. Beyond that, you oversee all other vehicle movements, from compound relocations to post-subscription deliveries to our remarketing partners. You build and grow a powerful partner network, coach and develop your team, and shape the future of our logistics tech platform. Together with our product and engineering teams, you ensure our operations are built for scale and ready for what's next.

Your Responsibilities

• You drive a key pillar of our customer journey by making the experience of receiving a car as smooth and effortless as getting a package delivered.
• You take ownership of a major cost driver in Operations and continuously identify opportunities to optimize.
• You build and strengthen relationships with our delivery partners, expanding our network while sharpening your negotiation skills.
• You play a hands-on role in shaping the future of FINN, driving impactful initiatives that span teams and functions.
• You lead and develop a dedicated Vehicle Logistics team (6 FTE), creating an environment where people grow and performance thrives.

Your Profile

• You have 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-impact environments - whether in a startup, consulting, or operations-heavy role.
• Your background in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field has prepared you to tackle complex challenges. We value hands-on experience just as much as academic credentials.
• You're driven by impact with a strong sense of ownership and a constant desire to grow both personally and as a team.
• You're an excellent communicator and know how to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• You think strategically and know how to build and scale efficient operations.
• You're analytical, tech-savvy, and excited about using smart tools to automate and improve workflows.
• You speak German (C2) and English (C1+).
