comstruct automates construction companies’ commercial processes by extracting material data from delivery notes and invoices. After our €12.5M funding round including investors such as Google Ventures and 20VC , we are now looking for extremely driven and ambitious individuals who want to bring comstruct to the next level of success.

Whilst we are excited to name some of the world’s biggest construction companies as our customers (such as Vinci) we’re just getting started. Now, we are looking for full time Venture Development Associates who can kickstart new markets, verticals or build entire departments from scratch.

Therefore we launched the Venture Development Program which is for recent graduates that want to found their own company at some point and are motivated by an extremely high level of ownership. Here, you will have the chance to drive your very own ventures.

What we are looking for:

• Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities

• You ideally have first experiences in high-growth startups, sales, investment banking or from a top tier consultancy

• You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that.

• We expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you.

• Full proficiency in German and English.
