🚀 Venture Operations Associate

You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations to support both internal fund operations and portfolio company success. This is a high-impact role where no two days look the same – from onboarding new investments to helping founders fundraise, to building internal processes and managing investor relationships.

🔧 Core Responsibilities

Investment Ops & Execution

• Coordinate the closing process for new investments, including wire transfers and document management
• Onboard new portfolio companies into internal systems
• Maintain accurate investment records and ensure compliance

Fund Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare internal and external reports on fund metrics, performance, and OKRs
• Assist with quarterly/annual LP reporting
• Track budgets and analyze portfolio company performance

Portfolio Company Support

• Offer hands-on support across hiring, marketing, and fundraising
• Connect startups with key resources (recruiters, investors, service providers)

Investor Relations & Fundraising

• Support LP communications and data room maintenance
• Help plan fundraising campaigns and investor-facing events

Strategic Projects

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives (deal sourcing, events, marketing, process improvements)
• Support brand-building efforts including content, community, and ecosystem engagement

✅ What They're Looking For

3+ years of experience in venture capital, early-stage startups, finance, consulting, or similar operations-heavy environments
Excellent project management and communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Pitchbook, Carta, or similar is a plus
Bonus if you’ve supported fundraising efforts or worked directly with founders
