Responsibilities

• Automation and optimisation of shipping and storage processes including pallet management
• Organisation of external freight carriers regarding availability and pricing
• Team leadership and further development of the team
• Representation of the dispatch
• Strategic and daily personnel planning / vacation planning
• Initiating and organising new projects

Qualifications

• Education and several years of experience in logistics
• Enthusiasm to lead a team
• Experience in process optimisation desired
• Organisational talent, analytical thinking
• Excellent IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of legal regulations
