To manage the construction and development of this portfolio and achieve our strategic objectives, we are looking for talented professionals with high potential who want to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

About the Role

We are looking for a Back Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our Director in Germany and manage daily office operations. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office management, managing financial documentation, and optimizing administrative processes.

Tasks and responsibilities description

Office management and director’s support

  • Supporting the Director in Germany in all the required administrative and organizational tasks and corporate matters.
  • Supporting the Director in Germany in preparing the monthly cash flows statements to be reported.

Administration and Finance

  • Client and supplier invoices reception and management.
  • Bank accounts management and transfers preparation.
  • Securing and optimizing the required administrative processes in coordination with Director in Germany and Accounting corporate team in Spain.

Accountancy

  • Monthly submitting accounting documents to the external tax advisor for the accounting and taxes preparation, respecting the procedure set by Accounting corporate team in Spain.
  • Reviewing and discussing the accountancy with the external tax advisor in order to achieve an accurate accounting closing, with the support of the Accountancy corporate team in Spain.

Profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree as an administrative specialist or equivalent.
  • Administrative all-rounder with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and the openness to question structures and processes.
  • Several years of professional experience as an administrative employee or assistant, or in office management.
  • Basic knowledge of accountancy under german regulation.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Organizational talent.
