About Your Role

As the Vibe Coding Architect, you bridge engineering standards with non‑technical teams’ ability to build software. You design guardrails, shared infrastructure, and best practices that enable reliable, secure, AI‑assisted development across the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the foundational setup for Claude Code projects, including conventions, reusable skills/plugins, and prompt‑engineering best practices.
• Review AI‑generated code from non‑technical teams, identify architectural issues and security gaps, and refactor where needed.
• Build and maintain reusable components (auth modules, DB schemas, API wrappers, deployment templates) and design Git workflows that keep shared projects stable.
• Set up deployment pipelines (Firebase/GCP) with proper access control and monitoring, and design reliable integration patterns with error handling and secrets management.
• Define data‑architecture decisions (Firestore vs. relational DB vs. spreadsheet), set up access control, and enable safe data collaboration.
• Run workshops and create documentation that teaches non‑technical colleagues how to use Claude Code, Git, and shared infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in software engineering – full‑stack skills across frontend (React/Typescript), backend (Node.js/Python), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (GCP/Firebase preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Git workflows, DevOps, and deployment – from branching models and CI gates to production authentication, monitoring, and secrets management.
• Strong grasp of web fundamentals – HTTP, browser APIs, authentication patterns, REST API design.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, able to explain architectural decisions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset – comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the internal developer platform you build.
