Vice President, Corporate Banking

Our client, a Global Bank, is currently recruiting a VP for their Corporate Banking team in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Support in the analysis of customer needs, as well as active support and further development of existing and new customer relationships.
• Coordination and agreement with product units and specialist departments within the Bank for the conception/development of transactions (e.g. acquisition financing, capital markets transactions, investment banking, transaction banking and structured financing).
• Global coordination of the various product units and specialist departments.
• Analysis and evaluation of companies, including creation of financial models (modelling)
• Preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external decision-makers and committees
• Analysis of customer, sector and market information to develop potential business approaches
• Support in the training of analysts and associates

Key Skills Required

• Experience in a Corporate Banking coverage role
• Strong relationship building and management skills with proven ability at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the Bank.
• Strong communication skills and proven track record in the development of written material in the form of reports.
• Strong analytical skills and experience to ensure well managed growth is achieved while maintaining robust credit culture/standards.
