The Role:

• Lead and oversee the asset management function across a multi-GW portfolio of wind and storage projects, monitoring both commercial and technical performance to ensure targets are met and value is maximised.
• Act as the primary interface for investors, lenders, stakeholders, and partners, providing strategic insight, performance reporting, and ensuring compliance across all projects.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, authorising major project spend and maintaining robust asset, contract, and operational data.
• Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and development teams to optimise asset performance, manage risk, and support project delivery.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, setting objectives, defining roles, and driving professional development to strengthen the asset management function.

The Person:

• Extensive experience in renewable energy or infrastructure asset management, with a strong focus on wind projects and multi-GW portfolios.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and overseeing complex portfolios across multiple geographies.
• Strategic and hands‑on leader with the ability to drive performance, optimise assets, and establish a high‑performing asset management function.
• Skilled at defining processes, implementing governance frameworks, and fostering a culture of excellence across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
