Role Overview: Seeking a motivated Vice President of Sales to spearhead sales operations in Germany. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our products within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the construction industry.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities, expanding presence and influence within key markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with business development sales teams, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing enhancement.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and growth areas.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Set and track sales targets, ensuring goals are met or exceeded while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in sales leadership within the technology or construction sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and partners.
