Your Contribution

As the Head of Software Product Management (m/f/d) for one of our business areas, you coordinate, manage, and motivate an existing team of product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers.
You provide essential input for the corporate strategy, design the end-to-end product strategy, and oversee its implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Your analytical skills enable you to monitor the market, create market and competitive strategies, and regularly review product strategies.
In collaboration with the development team, you create roadmaps and release plans, conduct effort estimations, and support product management in prioritizing tasks.
With your strong communication skills, you participate in sales events and marketing activities.

What You Bring

Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d), ideally in the field of health data, digital health solutions, or health IT, with proven experience in developing user-centered products.
A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field that underscores your academic excellence.
Comprehensive knowledge in data management, data protection, and relevant regulatory requirements, enabling you to design innovative solutions that meet the highest standards.
Knowledge and proven experience with agile methodologies, along with facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for creative problem-solving, combined with strong analytical skills and curiosity about various topics – fluent German and English skills are required.
