Vice President Supply Chain (m/f/d)

The VP Supply Chain will be responsible for:

• Define and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with the company's transformation objectives.
• Drive structural optimisation and performance improvement across the entire supply chain.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a strategic interface between market demands and international sales subsidiaries.
• Oversee supply chain design and planning processes to ensure agility and efficiency.
• Lead initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, resource utilization, and responsiveness.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and distribution of products globally.
• Collaborate with process specialists to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
• Identify organisational gaps and implement best practices to elevate supply chain capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a diverse, high‑performing team including heads of logistics and planning.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback‑driven environment.
• Build trust and engage constructively across all levels of the organisation.
