Video and Content Development Intern

Your Tasks

The Content & Communications team at DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation sits within the wider Marketing department and is responsible for producing high-quality videos content for , social media (LinkedIn), customer events and internal communication channels. Additionally, the team includes an internal video production unit responsible for planning, filming and editing video.

We work across a variety of topics, spanning all DHL business units and industry sectors, resulting in an exciting and diverse range of projects.

As an intern, you can expect to support on the following tasks:

• Storytelling: turning information from a brief or task into a narrative based on key messages, including writing storyboards and creative assets
• Video editing: using Premiere Pro/Adobe After Effects to edit videos in post-production
• Filming support: assisting on-site and on-location shoots with the proper set up and operation of cameras, lighting and equipment
• Stakeholder management: working with a network of external agencies and managing communication with internal stakeholders to realize projects
• Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Canva: executing requests to create visuals in-house
• Project management: supporting several projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deadlines and documenting processes
• Proofing: using your strong attention to detail to quality check work against brand guidelines and evaluate deliverables against the original brief

Your Qualifications

• C2 or native-level English skills
• Excellent video editing skills
• Strong communication skills (copywriting and editing experience a plus)
• Solid PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (incl. Premiere Pro and Photoshop), Canva
• A fast learner capable of multi-tasking
