ABOUT THE ROLE

At SPOX and GOAL (part of FootballCo ), we tell stories that define football culture. From breaking news to original features and engaging video content, we reach hundreds of thousands of fans daily. Alongside INDIVISA , our dedicated women’s football brand, we’re creating a platform for modern, inclusive storytelling across digital and social channels.

We’re seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to lead video production across SPOX , GOAL DE , and INDIVISA . You will manage content for all our platforms and social media channels—from concept to publication.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Edit and produce platform-specific videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (16:9)
• Upload videos from our partners onto platforms
• Shoot video content and occasionally appear on camera as a presenter or contributor
• Organize and oversee the full production workflow for recurring and ad hoc video formats
• Manage and lead a team of freelance video creators
• Collaborate with editorial and social media teams to align video content with broader strategies
• Tailor videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms
• Track trends and develop new creative formats for SPOX, GOAL DE, and INDIVISA audiences

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects or Photoshop is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Shooting and post-production
• Comfortable appearing on camera for explainers, interviews, or fan/player-led formats
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate freelance teams
• Understanding of digital storytelling and content strategies across multiple platforms
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Genuine passion for football – men’s and/or women’s
• Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
