Are you a graduate with EU citizenship aged 18 to 28 and want to gain work experience in Germany?

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical wiring diagrams and harness documentation
• Modify baseline designs to implement customer-specific electrical customizations
• Define wire routing, harness layouts, pin assignments, and labeling, ensuring consistency across schematics and installation documentation
• Support production and assembly teams, performing on-site checks to verify correct wiring installation and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and continuous improvement of wiring standards

Qualifications

• Fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
• Complete an electrical or aerospace engineering degree or comparable studies
• Have experience with electrical design tools such as See Electrical, EPLAN Electric P8, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar CAD tools
• Possess solid knowledge of electrical wiring and harness design and can read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics
• Understand manufacturing and installation constraints, and are familiar with configuration management and design change processes
