We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin (or other sites within our Alstom network). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact strategic initiatives and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations.

Responsibilities

Support the transformation of the CNE region
Analyze processes and realise improvement opportunities
Contribute to change management activities (communication, stakeholder engagement)
Prepare project plans, status reports and presentations
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams

All About You

Interested and initial experience in finance functions
Affinity for digital tools and agile methods incl. Power BI skills
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Fluent in English; German is a plus
