Job Description:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old
• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

A VIE within our department "Program Delivery BOSNET" has arisen within Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH in Ulm .

The university town Ulm is beautifully located at the river Danube between Munich (155km away) and Stuttgart (90km away) and offers a wide range of leisure and cultural activities. Here you can enjoy the quality of life under the highest church tower in the world and become part of a city that preserves its historical sights and shapes the future along the Danube at the same time.

The contract duration of VIE is 12 months with starting date from April 2026 .

Tasks & accountabilities:

Your main task will include:

• Project Management support
• Project Scheduling, Risk and Opportuniy Management and Configuration Management
• Preparing Management Decisions
• Support to the Head of Programme Delivery BOSNET

Required Skills:

• You successfully completed a university degree in a business or technical field (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Project Management)
• You gained first experience in using project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, JIRA or Confluence
• Ideally, you already have experience in creating process descriptions and management plans

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• You are characterized by your structured and efficient work organization and approach
• You're an open-minded teamplayer with a proactive personality that helps you to drive change, solve problems and convince others
• You are able to easily negotiate in English, an advanced level in German is a plus
